  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the order total column. This will open a prompt to request a refund.
  4. Complete the Refund Request Form by selecting the reason for your refund request and providing additional details if necessary.
  5. Submit your refund request by clicking Request Refund.

Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. Our team will review your request and be in touch to finalize the refund process.
